ABOUT US
Welcome to Lindum Osteopathic Practice. I am Jean Snape BSc (Hons) Osteopathy and I am a trained Osteopath and Seasonal Yoga Teacher. I use a variety of osteopathic approaches (visceral, functional, structural and cranial) to support patients in recovering from injuries, illnesses and to enhance their general wellbeing.

Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person's muscles and joints. Every patient receives a full assessment and personalised plan of care that may involve physical treatment, movement and prescribed exercises.

Osteopaths have been regulated since 1993 and must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) in order to practice. I qualified in 2004 and am registered with the General Osteopathic Council. I am able to accept self-referrals and those funded by insurance companies.
